Packing up...

So, tomorrow I'm going to take a well-deserved vacation. One week in Bogota, the capital. It's been two years since I last went there. Unless the effect of global warming is faster that I imagine, it should be as chilly as ever. It's a 10 hour drive from where I live to Bogota (but only a 40 minute plane ride!), so I'll be experiencing the longest trip of my life.

Bogota is amazing! It's got museums, bookstores, and the famous TransMilenio bus system. It's also the World Book Capital. No wonder it's nicknamed the Athens of America. I can't wait to go there again. It's a real city, not like Cali, where I live. Bogota has culture. Nuff said.

I probably won't be able to blog that much the following week. I'll try, but I don't think I'll be able to post a lot.
